- What is the lead time on my order being shipped?
- It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically our turnaround is 24-36 hours to ship your order. If you have a request for a rush, please place a note in the note section on your order confirmation or send us a separate email making reference to your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your shipping time frame.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
No. Although we strive our best to quickly ship out orders, shipping times are not guaranteed. If there is an in hands date deadline, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us either by leaving a note at checkout in the comments section or sending an email to customer support. If USPS service is selected, it is generally reliable. FEDEX (not SMARTPOST) is the most reliable method. The following are typical leads times for the different services that do not include the 23-36 hours to process the order. Further they do not include non business days such as weekends, holidays or the day the package is shipped. - Where are your products made?
- Due to the extensive selection of gift products we offer, our products are produced or assembled in a variety of locations. These include North America, Europe (such as Germany and the Netherlands) and Asia (such as China and Vietnam). We design the majority of of the smaller souvenir products that are gift-oriented which are made in Asia and not targeted for serious collectors. Items of interest to serious collectors for products actually made in Germany, the Netherlands or Scandinavian countries will specifically note this detail in the product description for your convenience. If a buyer has a concern regarding the origin, we advise potential buyers to send an email to our info email address to inquire about the origin of a specific item and we will gladly provide more details.
- Do you offer special pricing if I would like to buy a higher volume of a product?
- Yes. If you are looking to buy a higher quantity of a particular product (typically over 12 pieces) we encourage you to contact us so we can provide you with further information.
I have a question about sizing.
Sizing for apparel is based on standard USA sizing. Some products have only generic sizing noted such as in the case of flower garlands, baby bibs etc. Other items will have sizing charts or additional information noted in the product listing. Products that are not apparel will typically have approximate dimensions provided so as to offer an idea of the proportion for a given item. "Approximate Dimensions" listed are not to be considered as an exact sizing of a given product (as product sizing will vary from production batch to production batch). If you have a specific need relating to sizing, it is the responsibility of the buyer to inquire for current sizing prior to placing an order.
- What is the return policy of DutchGiftOutlet.com?
- All purchases at DutchGiftOutlet.com may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us so we can issue you a RMA number. Email us at: info@DutchGiftOutlet.com
It is our desire and company policy to provide our customers with products that satisfy. If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:
- If you have received a damaged product, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by e-mail (info@DutchGiftOutlet.com) before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. You will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions, typically, within 2 to 3 business days after submitting the completed request.
- Returned items must be complete without exception. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
- DutchGiftOutlet.com will not pay the return shipping costs for non-fault returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.
- If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
- If a product requires compatibility, such as shoe size for wooden shoes, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure these details prior to purchasing the product. DutchGiftOutlet.com cannot guarantee any product that requires compatibility.
- Given that there are slight variations in coloring for many product mediums (such as fabrics, ceramics, wood etc), all product listing images should be expected to provide an approximate representation of the basic color of the product. Additionally, it should be understood that that devices (phones and tablets), computer screens etc will render colors with their own slight variations. If for example, a buyer is trying to match the coloring of a fabric material on the site to a costume item they have, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact customer service prior to making a purchase so as to seek the additional assistance customer service can provide relating to the specific color expectation (generally, an emailed picture of the what color scheme the buyer is expecting to match would assist customer service in providing a more substantive response). It is our goal to be as transparent and helpful as possible, so if it appears the expectation will not be met, we would err on the side of caution and advise against making the purchase.
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Any items that are defaced or physically damaged by end-users; we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund; any product returned without the original package that cannot be verified as our products; any items returned after 30 days of the date the order was placed and any items returned without RMA number and authorization.

Errors are unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in price, or availability of goods or services. DutchGiftOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent. All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please note that the listings do not represent the entire product line offered by the various manufacturers. Most products offered by our manufacturers are available. Please inquire with your requirements: manufacturer's name, item description and model number.
DutchGiftOutlet.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for out of stock products. Customers will be notified within 5 business days of this cancellation should it occur. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of informing the out of stock item to the buyer, we reserve the right to refund the buyer for the value of the unavailable item. If the order has additional items that are available, we will ship what is available after informing the buyer of the backordered item. If we send an email informing the buyer of a backordered item, it is the responsibility of the buyer to respond to our email to let us know if they wish the entire order to be cancelled. If we do not receive a response to our email within 24 hours, we will ship the in stock items that were ordered to prevent delaying the order further.
